“Dr. Justyn Howard, Director, Student Conduct & Compliance, Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor of Enrollment and Student Affairs, Brandman University, USA” will be the Plenary Speaker for the 4th World Disability & Rehabilitation Conference 2019 (WDRC 2019). Justyn Arias-Lynn Howard is a California licensed attorney. Justyn graduated from the University of Southern California (U.S.C.) with his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree. Justyn practised civil rights and special education law for four years before starting his career in higher education While practising law, Justyn represented hundreds of K-12 and higher education students in due process cases, as well as in civil cases under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and In his current role, Justyn services as a student conduct investigator, Title IX coordinator, ombudsmen, behavior intervention team (B.I.T.) member, and general compliance overseer.
