He is Director of research students in Business and Management at the University of Central Lancashire, UK.He is also Director of PhD Studies in Business, Management and Marketing at the University of Bolton, UK and Associate Lecturer in Leadership And Organization Behavior at the University of Cumbria, UK. He has written ten book chapters, presented peer reviewed papers at over twenty international conferences and holds two Emerald Literati Awards.He is Chief Advisor on Growth, Expansion and Partnerships for the Zalmi Foundation.
